Buying a PixelAds is simple! You can choose nearly any size or shape and all approved ads will appear online within 48 hours of receipt of payment and supplied graphic. Each PixelAd and the site it links to are reviewed for appropriateness, so please be sure to review our terms and conditions before placing your order for an ad.
The minimum ad size is 10x10 (10 pixels wide by 10 pixels tall, for a total of 100 pixels per minimum block). The cost for each block is just $35.00 (USD). Basic PixelAds will be placed on the PixelAdPuzzle Grid in random locations at our sole discretion.
If you wish to specify a location for your PixelAd, Premium PixelAds are available at a cost of $50.00 (USD) per block. We will place your Premium PixelAd as close as possible to the coordinates you specify, subject to availability. Given the fast-changing nature of our PixelAd Grid, we reserve the right to place Premium PixelAds within 250 pixels (left, right, up or down) of the suggested location.
All PixelAds on our PixelAdPuzzle Grid will appear through 30 May 2008. On the day we receive and confirm a correct solution to our current puzzle, the winner will be announced and a new puzzle will begin (prize for follow-up puzzles to be announced at that time). Advertisers who secure PixelAds early will enjoy the maximum visibility for the duration of the contest period — sorry, but do not prorate for partial year participation. Frequency of impressions will be achieved by the many who are expected to visit on a repeat basis as they attempt to solve the puzzle and collect the cash prize.

Square PixelAd Formats
A square pixelad is an ad with an equal width and height. The minimum width for a square pixelad is 10 pixels (with a corresponding height of 10 pixels). The dimensions can increase in increments of 10 pixels (larger squares subject to inventory availability). The red areas below are examples of various size square pixelads.

PixelAds can be created in nearly any shape using a minimum building-block of 10x10 pixels. Blocks must be contiguous (touching at least one point on another block).
