The Service
GenealogyPays.com (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") provides this Web site (the "Service") for use by the general public (hereinafter referred to as "User", "You", or "Your"). Registration and Security
As part of the registration process, You will specify a user name and password ("User Name"), as well as an email address to use in connection with your account. You must provide Us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so will breach these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your use of the Service. You understand that you may not (i) select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use the Rights of any person other than yourself without authorization; or (iii) use a name that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate or offensive. As you submit information, you understand that the Service is owned and operated by Mattatuck Consulting, LLC (d/b/a GenealogyPays.com), a Connecticut-based Limited Liability Corporation. The Service is operated in the United States of America and operated to be in compliance with the laws of the United States. Access is governed by these terms and conditions under the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States. Registration as a User of the Service results in your account information being stored and processed in the United States, and You, in registering or subscribing, specifically consent to that storage and processing. You may access that information at any time to confirm its correctness and to keep it current in connection with your registration. If you are subscribing or registering for use of this Service from outside of the United States of America, you consent to the storage and processing in the United States of the personal data you submit. If you have reason to believe that your Account is no longer secure, You shall notify us at service@genealogypays.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Termination of Service
Your acceptance of these Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by contacting us via email at service@genealogypays.com. We may terminate your Account or access rights to this Service immediately without notice if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Service and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

GenealogyPays.com, the GenealogyPays.com logo, and the PixelAd Puzzle concept and design are trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of Mattatuck Consulting, LLC. All other company logos and/or product names as they appear on this site may be trademarks or service marks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
